Good working order!
When plugged in, the guy moves is arms up and down and the bell moves back and forth.
Note, the motor does have a hum to it when it is operating.
Approx. 12.5" tall x 7.5" across x 3" deep.
Small paint chip on the left side near the top but a gold paint touch-up pen should cover that up!
