Return & Refund Policy

We carefully inspect, describe, and photograph all items prior to sale. Many items are vintage, antique, or one-of-a-kind, and normal signs of age, use, or wear are expected and any major flaws are disclosed in the listing.


Returns for Damage or Not as Described

We accept returns at no cost to the customer only if:

  • The item arrives damaged, or

  • The item is materially different from the listing description

Requirements:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Clear photos of the issue must be provided

  • The item must be returned in the same condition it was received

If approved, we will provide return instructions and cover return shipping.

Failure to report issues within 48 hours may void eligibility for a return or refund.


Change-of-Mind Returns

We may accept returns for change-of-mind requests under the following conditions:

  • The request must be made within 14 days of delivery

  • Item must be returned in original, unused, and unaltered condition

  • Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Refunds for change-of-mind returns will be issued for the item price only, after the return is received and inspected.


Non-Returnable Situations

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Items returned without prior authorization

  • Items showing damage, wear, or alteration after delivery

  • Delays caused by customer availability, refusal, or failure to retrieve shipments


Return Authorization Required

All returns must be approved in advance.
Unauthorized returns may be refused or returned to the sender.


Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
