Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received, excluding weekends and holidays. Once an order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
We ship using reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, package size, and selected service.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship within the United States. Orders are shipped from our primary location, and tracking is provided for all shipped orders.
Local Pickup (if applicable)
Local pickup is available at checkout for eligible orders. Customers will be notified when their order is ready for pickup. Orders must be picked up within a reasonable timeframe.
Shipping Delays

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, it is considered fulfilled.
Lost or Missing Packages
If tracking shows a package as delivered but not received, customers must contact the carrier directly. We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.
If a package is lost in transit and tracking does not show delivery, please contact us so we can assist with a carrier claim when applicable.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds.
Damaged Shipments
If an item arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item so we can assist.
