RARE ANTIQUE SOLID CAST IRON CLOWN CIGARETTES ADVERTISING BOOT JACK AXTON-FISHER TOBACCO COMPANY LOUISVILLE, KENTUCKY

This is a very hard-to-find old advertising piece that dates to the early 1900's probably. It's a heavy solid cast iron horseshoe-shaped boot jack that advertises for "Clown Cigarettes" on the front bowed plate. Clown cigarettes were made by the Axton-Fisher Tobacco Co. out of Louisville, KY. These old advertising boot jacks are rare to find today and are highly sought after, but this brass-plated cast iron one is hardly ever seen! High-quality piece is nice and solid and weighs over 2 and a half pounds. Boot jack is in excellent condition overall for its age with just some natural wear present.
