Attributed to Beaumont Glass Company, circa 1880s, either a spooner or the bottom to a covered sugar jar. If that's the case, the lid is missing.

Approx. 4-1/4" tall with a 4" diameter

No chips, cracks, breaks, etc. Excellent condition!
