Being sold for parts or repair. Missing the interior plastic spinner part

I put a light bulb in the socket and turned it on and build did not light up.

Possibly needs to be re-wired. Surface rust and will need a good cleaning.

Shows wear consistent with age and use, see photos.

No cracks in the cast iron or glass.
