Made in Occupied Japan, this is for a new old stock box of novelty gag gift prank toys.
Made to look like a bandaged finger, there is a spring on the inside to allow you to pull down on the cardboard tube and launch it an an unexpecting friend.
Box is still sealed other than an open corner. I would presume there are 30+ of these gag novelty toys in the box but I did not empty it to be certain
Each is 2" long
Some show age related wear.
