Original U.S. Apple issue with red Apple labels and the early “Maggie Mae (P.D.)” Side 1 label variation.

U.S. orange Capitol-label Jacksonville pressing.

This is an interesting Apple-to-Capitol transitional configuration. The vinyl carries the later orange Capitol labels, while the jacket retains the older APPLE SO-383 identification and Apple artwork. The jacket track listing ends with “The End” and does not list “Her Majesty,” while “Her Majesty” is included on the Side 2 Capitol label. The F39/F41 matrices are also associated with Jacksonville metalwork from the period immediately surrounding the label transition.
Includes plain white paper inner sleeve. Jacket retains substantial old shrink with vintage “A Rainy Day” and red “A” retailer/inventory stickers.
CONDITION: All are preowned vintage records with varying degrees of surface, label and jacket wear. Please inspect all photos closely for condition. Records have not been play-graded. Deadwax inscriptions have been manually transcribed and are included for collector reference.
