Features an original period-era chromolithograph print of the character Ichabod Crane from Washington Irving’s “The Legend of Sleepy Hollow”.
A nice alligator patina finish on the wood frame, likely caused by the varnish or shellac crazing over time.
There are a few bumps and bruises on the wood gesso in one area on the lower right side where it appears some paper had been stuck, and some remnant remain
