Antique 1890s J.C. Eckardt German Musical Rotating Christmas Feather Tree Stand - As-Is

Circa 1890s to 1910s, made by J.C. Eckardt of Germany.

Note, missing the small screws that mount the perimeter to the base, the cast iron tree holder piece itself, and the original key.

Small hole in the metal.

I did test it by turning the peg with a vise grip and it does not appear to work (does not emit music nor spin)

There is tension when turned.

Please purchase with the assumption that this is a project piece and will require repair / tuning.
