Came from an estate in Central Wisconsin. Unfortunately, I do not know the service member's name, however, I presume these to be the collection of patches he earned in service (plus a few extras).
Nice bullion Chief Petty Officer Radio rank patch, a CBI, Cost Guard, and other patches, all stitched to a navy blue felt cloth.
