I would be willing to wager the man on the right is the brewmaster and owner himself , Charles N Hamm. Another photo of Hamm published online looks just like him with the same round face and ear shape. The photo postcard is undated and no writing is present. Some creases and edge wear are evident on the card. If you zoom in , the two men are drinking Charles Hamm Random Lake Beer as embossed on the bottles. I have incldue the photo I found online of Mr Hamm for reference in the last picture. This sale does not include a copy of that photo, only the original postcard.
