Circa 1912-1920s brass bottle-shaped mechanical lighter made by Gerlach Barklow of Joilet, Illinois.
Lighter has a number of small dings in the body.
Sold as-is pictured. I am not an expert on these old lighters. When the lever is pushed with the thumb, it lifts the cap.
