Full functional, accepts coins and game play is in great working order.
I have two sets of keys for the front coin door and one set of keys for the back door.
Note, this had been purchased from an old grocery store that closed about 4-5 years ago, so it hadn't been regularly played for about that time, nor had the game undergone any maintenance or tune-up. Please purchase with the assumption that the machine could use a normal run-through for a tune up.
