
Antique Northwestern Boxed Matches Cast Iron Vending Machine Penny Coin-OP 1¢
Manufactured by the Northwestern Novelty Company Inc of Morris, Illinois, circa 1915.
Steel body with a cast iron top, cast iron base, and cast iron push dispenser mechanism.
Vending machine is in great working order! Insert a penny, push the cast sliding mechanism to the side, and a box of matches is dispenser on the opposite side!
Retains the original painted graphics.
Comes with a functional AMCO padlock and key for locking the base as well as four boxes of Victoria matches!
Please note, I am not certain if the top had been altered or not. The top cap comes off to load the boxed matches in the machine, however, it does not seem the cap locks.
Measures approx. 12.75" tall with a 5.75" x 4.75" base.
No cracks, chips, or repairs in the cast iron.
